BELTS, CORE COMPONENTS & PROJECT SUPPORT
Send your belt specification, component drawing or BOM. We coordinate supplier review of the available scope, deviations, documents and commercial terms before quotation. Complete system design, installation and EPC require a separate agreement.
MAKE THE QUOTATION EASIER TO REVIEW

Identify each belt or component, quantity and installation interface. Record missing information and supplier deviations so a quotation is not mistaken for complete-system design or guaranteed interchangeability.
Submit dimensions, material, finish, lagging, seals or impact-ring requirements where relevant. Options are assessed for the selected product; a generic customization list does not mean every combination is available.
Request the supplier datasheet, drawing, inspection record or test report your project needs. Confirm the issuing party, applicable product and scope before treating a document as approval.
Confirm roll or component packing, identification, dimensions, weights and destination restrictions. The quotation should identify the commercial parties, delivery location, included costs and order-specific timing.
Agree the evidence your order needs
Testing equipment close-up
Silent footage of testing equipment. The clip does not identify a test method, acceptance limit or result. Agree the required inspection documents for the quoted product or batch.
This supplier-provided equipment view gives context for inspection questions. BisonConvey coordinates document requests with partner factories. Equipment footage is not a test report, product certification or proof that a specific order has passed inspection.
Include these document requests in your inquiry
- Supplier datasheet and the proposed product or construction designation
- Agreed inspection scope, test methods and acceptance criteria
- Available reports with issuing party and product, sample or batch reference
- Dimensional checks and identification matching the packing list
Document availability, issuing party and testing scope require supplier confirmation for the quoted order.
Confirm packing before you order
Send the requirements below with your inquiry. Packing options, final dimensions, weights, costs and delivery responsibilities need supplier confirmation for the individual order; no standard roll size or damage-free delivery guarantee is assumed.
Supplier-provided packing views
Shared with website-use authorization. These views do not identify a customer delivery, prove packing strength or establish an available roll-size range. Packing and handling details are confirmed for the order.

Wrapping and support
Record wrapping, roll-core and support requirements with the inquiry. Confirm the proposed arrangement, packed dimensions and cost for the order.

Roll-by-roll packing review
Match each roll ID to its agreed length, outside diameter and net/gross weight. The view illustrates an arrangement, not a maximum roll size or a handling procedure.
- 01Roll schedule
- Separate the total purchase length from the length of each roll or endless belt. State the number of rolls and ask how any splice allowances are included in the approved schedule.
- 02Dimensions & weights
- Request the proposed roll outside diameter, packed dimensions and net/gross weight for each item. Identify whether figures are preliminary estimates or final dispatch measurements.
- 03Packing arrangement
- Describe required wrapping, core/reel, support or crate arrangements and any storage exposure. Ask the supplier to confirm feasibility, packing details and cost for the selected belt or components.
- 04Labels & document matching
- Agree roll or component IDs, order/BOM references and required markings. Ask for a packing list that maps those IDs to quantities, dimensions, weights and agreed inspection documents.
- 05Destination & site limits
- Provide the delivery location, maximum package size/weight accepted at site, access restrictions and receiving contact. Obtain product-specific handling instructions; this checklist is not a lifting plan.
- 06Delivery scope & costs
- Check the named delivery point, responsible commercial parties, included/excluded charges and order-specific timing. Record unresolved items before accepting the quotation.
